SAP Experience Center in Walldorf
The recent reopening of the SAP Experience Center in Waldorf marked the beginning of a new generation of SAP innovation spaces. This way, SAP users can experience the additional benefits of SAP software in a more personalized way.
The center reopened in October. Previously, it was created back in 2019, after which it underwent reconstruction and redesign for several months. This was done to better reflect SAP’s customer experience (CX) strategies for the 26 SAP Experience Centers around the world. The opening of the center is based on the idea of bringing the benefits of SAP solutions to life for a client from any industry. Each client will be provided with a personalized presentation and an individual storyline for each client.

In addition, the company is faced with an increase in demand for refined products, and the issues that have arisen in connection with this also require effective management.
“Advanced, integrated digital systems and processes are required to drive transparency, resilience and agility of the hydrocarbon supply chain in this highly volatile market,” commented Peter Maier, President, Industries and Customer Advisory, SAP SE. “SAP’s collaboration with Phillips 66 helps to unlock and accelerate business and energy transformation opportunities for a sustainable energy transition by creating real-time visibility along the value chain.”
